About

Welcome to No Baking Dessert – where sweet memories meet simple recipes
I’m Jennifer, the heart behind this cozy corner of the internet. Baking has been part of my story since childhood, and even now at 42, I still light up at the thought of mixing batter, licking the spoon, and filling my home with the smell of something sweet in the oven—or fridge!

How It All Started
My journey began in my grandmother’s kitchen, standing on a stool, helping her mix cake batter while sneaking little tastes when I thought she wasn’t looking. Those early moments in the Midwest taught me that desserts bring people together. Watching cookies disappear from the plate or seeing smiles around the table—those memories are what inspired me to keep baking and, eventually, to share that joy with others.

Why No Baking Dessert?
Let’s be honest—life gets busy. But that shouldn’t stop anyone from enjoying a little homemade treat. I created No Baking Dessert to show that delicious, beautiful desserts don’t always need an oven. Whether you’re a beginner, short on time, or just love cool and creamy sweets, this space is for you.

What You’ll Find Here
I believe baking (or no-baking!) should be joyful, never stressful. That’s why every recipe I share is:

  • Beginner-Friendly – No fancy tools or techniques. Just step-by-step guidance you can actually follow.
  • Tried & True – I’ve tested every recipe—sometimes more than once—to make sure it works.
  • Comforting & Fun – Whether it’s nostalgic bars, fluffy no-bake cakes, or refreshing pies, these desserts are meant to make you smile.

Let’s Bake Together—No Oven Needed
From melty chocolate layers to fruity swirls, my goal is to help you create desserts that feel special, even on an ordinary day. Mistakes are welcome here (I’ve made plenty!)—because every mess in the kitchen is just another step toward learning something new.
