1 whole seedless watermelon
2 cups whipped cream or Greek yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup crushed pistachios

1. Cut the top and bottom off the watermelon, then trim the sides to form a cake shape.
2. Pat the watermelon dry with paper towels.
3. Frost the watermelon with whipped cream or yogurt.
