Ingredients
2 cups brownie mix
½ cup cream cheese or nut butter
1–2 tbsp milk (as needed)
¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Toppings: cocoa powder, sprinkles, or crushed nuts
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix brownie mix and cream cheese until combined.
2. Add milk gradually to reach a dough-like texture.
3. Fold in chocolate chips and vanilla extract if using.
4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
6. Roll in toppings if desired, then serve.
Notes
Use vegan cream cheese and plant milk for a dairy-free version.
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
