A creamy, cinnamon-spiced drink, this iced horchata oatmilk shaken espresso Starbucks copycat is ready in 5 minutes.
Ingredients
2 shots blonde espresso or strong coffee
2 tbsp horchata syrup (store-bought or homemade)
¾ cup oatmilk (unsweetened preferred)
Ice cubes
Optional: ground cinnamon or cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
1. Brew espresso shots or strong coffee.
2. Mix espresso with horchata syrup while warm.
3. Add espresso mixture and ice to a mason jar.
4. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until frothy.
5. Pour into a glass over fresh ice.
6. Top with oatmilk and stir gently.
7. Garnish and serve!
