Description

These easy no-bake Date Snickers are chewy, chocolatey, and naturally sweet – the perfect healthy snack that tastes just like your favorite candy bar.


Ingredients

Scale

12 Medjool dates (pitted)

1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter

1/3 cup chopped roasted peanuts

3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

Flaky sea salt (optional)


Instructions

1. Slice dates lengthwise and remove pits.

2. Fill each date with about 1/2 tsp peanut butter.

3. Sprinkle chopped peanuts into each date.

4. Freeze for 15–20 minutes.

5. Melt chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.

6. Dip each stuffed date in chocolate.

7. Sprinkle with salt and chill until chocolate sets.

Notes

Use sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version.

Store in fridge up to 2 weeks or freeze for 3 months.

Soften dates in warm water for 5 minutes if too dry.
