Description

Date chocolate bark is a no-bake viral dessert made with dates, dark chocolate, and nut butter. Healthy, easy, and incredibly delicious.


Ingredients

Scale

12 Medjool dates, pitted

1/3 cup natural peanut butter

3/4 cup dark chocolate chips or bar, melted

1/4 cup chopped almonds or peanuts

Sea salt flakes (optional)


Instructions

1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Split and press pitted dates into a flat layer.

3. Spread peanut butter evenly over dates.

4. Melt chocolate and pour over the peanut butter layer.

5. Sprinkle chopped almonds and sea salt if using.

6. Freeze for 20 minutes until set.

7. Break into bark pieces and store.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 weeks or freeze for 3 months.
